1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Club 99 platform in its entirety, including all games, promotions, VIP programmes, and customer support services. Club 99 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly stated update date.

The official language for all communications, terms and conditions, and disputes is Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict between the two language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail for Malaysian players.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Club 99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

Club 99 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, Club 99 reserves the right to set limits based on account tier and verification requirements.

• Confirmed deposits cannot be cancelled.
• Club 99 does not bear any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• The account used for deposits must be in the same name as the registered Club 99 account holder.
• Club 99 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end.

4Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal at any time, provided all of the following conditions are fully met:

• All bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.

• Using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets.
• Using the Club 99 platform in any way to facilitate money laundering.
• Sharing strategies to exploit the bonus system with other players.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where necessary, legal action against the player.

11Liability Limit
